This Terms and Conditions agreement is written to reflect the exclusive, collaborative nature of the Black Rhino Private Alliance. It moves away from retail "trading" language and reinforces the idea of a private collective where members contribute resources for shared system performance.
Effective Date: April 9, 2026
By accessing the Black Rhino Private Alliance platform and initializing an allocation, you (the "Member") agree to be bound by the following terms. These terms govern the relationship between the Alliance and its members to ensure a stable and disciplined environment for all.
Private Access: Membership is a privilege, not a right. The Alliance reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to any individual who does not align with our core values of discipline and long-term commitment.
Authentication: All members must complete the identity authentication process to participate in the collective resource pool.
Nature of Participation: Resources contributed to the Alliance are considered "Allocations." These are utilized by our proprietary automated logic and "Trend Sniper" systems to generate collective performance.
No Guarantees: While our systems are built on high-probability technical logic, the Alliance does not guarantee specific daily or monthly outcomes. All performance benchmarks are historical targets, not fixed promises.
Initialization Channels: Members must use our authorized secure channels to initialize resources. The Alliance is not responsible for resource loss due to the use of unauthorized or incorrect transfer details.
Share Calculation: Distributions are calculated based on the performance of the system logic relative to your chosen subscription tier (Bronze, Silver, or Gold).
Maintenance Fees: The Alliance applies a maintenance fee to all generated distributions to cover infrastructure, server costs, and technical oversight. These fees scale down as your membership term increases.
Request Windows: Distribution requests are processed according to our scheduled windows to maintain the stability of the collective pool. Please refer to your dashboard for current processing timelines.
Tier Commitment: By choosing a 3, 6, or 12-month term, you commit your allocation to the system for that duration.
Early De-initialization: Requesting a return of your primary allocation before the term expires may result in a "Early Exit Adjustment" to cover the cost of re-balancing the collective logic.
Auto-Renewal: For your convenience, systems are set to maintain your current tier upon term expiration unless a modification is requested via the dashboard.
Organic Growth: The Referral Level System is designed for sharing the Alliance with trusted circles. Members are prohibited from using "spam" tactics, deceptive advertising, or making "get-rich-quick" promises to attract new members.
Accountability: Members are responsible for the conduct of those they invite. Misleading new participants can lead to a review of your membership status.
Market Volatility: Members acknowledge that the digital and commodity markets (Gold/XAUUSD) are inherently volatile. Our systems use advanced risk management to mitigate this, but market risk can never be fully eliminated.
System Maintenance: The Alliance may occasionally pause system logic for emergency maintenance or during extreme "black swan" market events to protect the collective's capital.
Proprietary Logic: All code, Pine Script, MQL5 logic, and "Trend Sniper" strategies used by the Alliance are the exclusive intellectual property of Black Rhino. Members are strictly prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer or replicate these systems for external use.
The Alliance reserves the right to terminate any membership if a member is found to be:
Engaging in fraudulent activity.
Disseminating false information about the Alliance.
Attempting to bypass our secure authentication protocols.
These terms are governed by the internal regulations of the Black Rhino Private Alliance and, where applicable, the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Alliance's primary infrastructure is hosted.
